Clinical Practice Administrator II RN - Primary Care

Manage the operations of assigned primary care practice(s) under Care Center leadership, providing direct supervision of personnel and monitoring practice workflows. Ensure compliance with policies and best practice standards while implementing workflows to lead performance improvement plans and address quality and patient safety concerns. Collaborate with Professional Development staff to onboard, educate, assess competency, and monitor clinical staff, ensuring the practice environment promotes safe, high-quality care. Requires seven years of supervisory/leadership experience, seven years of nursing or relevant clinical experience, and current RN licensure in MA or RI. Full-time position with a competitive salary range of $121,742.40 to $225,576.00 annually.
