Clinical Practice Administrator II LPN - Primary Care

Manage the operations of assigned primary care practice(s) under Care Center leadership, providing direct supervision of personnel and monitoring practice workflows. Ensure compliance with policies and best practices while implementing performance improvement plans to address quality and patient safety concerns. Collaborate with training staff to onboard, educate, and assess competency of clinical staff, ensuring the practice environment promotes safe, high-quality care. Requires five years of supervisory experience, five years of nursing or clinical experience, and current LPN licensure in MA or RI. BLS certification and proficiency in EHR systems are essential.
