Job Summary
Manage and track overall student clinical experience compliance for MSN Family Nurse Practitioner externships by reviewing program and site requests, facilitating document approvals, and identifying available mentors. Proactively partner with students to determine best placement options while ensuring all health and safety documentation is uploaded and approved in required systems. Counsel students on expectations and requirements, manage Affiliation Agreement legal reviews, and maintain consistent notes and history in required systems while handling high volumes of incoming and outgoing communications. This role supports the Office of Field Experience at United States University, a remote position requiring standard workweek hours and adherence to FERPA privacy laws.
Required Qualifications

- Employees must have a designated, private, quiet workspace when working remotely
- Remote employees are expected to be on camera for meetings and training sessions
- Employees are responsible for abiding by all FERPA privacy laws within their home-work environment and while in office
- All work must be completed during standard workweek hours
- Employees are not permitted to work evenings or weekends as a standard schedule
- The position may involve working in a combination of environments and may require travel
