Clinical Physical Therapy Team Leader

Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day operations of a therapy team or discipline by supervising therapist assistants and technicians, managing staffing, scheduling, orientation, and training to ensure adequate patient coverage. Deliver licensed discipline evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment while maintaining open communication with hospital departments to meet patient, staff, and facility needs. Delegate tasks effectively and foster a culture that enables the hospital to fulfill its mission by holding staff accountable, motivating performance improvement, and driving continuous measurement and assessment. Provide clinical mentoring to help staff enhance their skills and overall performance.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program
- Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience
