Clinical Physical Therapy Team Leader

Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in day-to-day operations of a therapy team, delegating and supervising tasks for therapist assistants and technicians. Manage staffing, scheduling, orientation, and training to ensure adequate patient coverage while maintaining open communication with hospital departments. Provide patient care in licensed disciplines 80% to 90% of work hours and hold staff accountable for performance through mentoring and continuous improvement initiatives. Help create a culture that enables the hospital to meet its goals by conveying the mission to all staff and driving clinical skill development.
