Clinical Physical Therapy Team Leader

Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in day-to-day operations of a therapy team, delegating and supervising tasks for therapist assistants and technicians. Provide patient care in licensed disciplines 80% to 90% of work hours while managing staffing, scheduling, orientation, and training to ensure adequate coverage. Maintain open communication with hospital departments to meet patient, staff, and organizational needs. Create a culture that enables the hospital to exceed goals by mentoring staff, improving clinical skills, and driving continuous improvement through performance measurement and assessment.
