Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of new patients to identify specific needs, functional limitations, and goals. Create and implement individualized therapy plans incorporating manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and educational resources. Monitor and document patient progress using electronic medical records, ensuring accurate updates on treatment effectiveness. Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation staff to develop integrated care plans and educate patients on preventive strategies. Provide motivation and psychological support to adults and seniors recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- An active Physical Therapy license in New Jersey
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting

- Experience in an orthopedic outpatient clinic
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current rehabilitation strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
