Clinical Pharmacy Technician

Conduct direct outreach to patients, providers, and pharmacies to collect accurate information and schedule medication therapy management appointments. Coordinate medication refills, manage insurance concerns, and provide follow-up reminders via telephone or letter. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including nurses and medical providers to gather and document data for quality improvement and compliance. Develop presentations and workflows while adhering to pharmacy policies and procedures. Requires current Maryland state pharmacy technician registration and CPhT certification, plus CPR/BLS certification.
