Job Summary
Clinical Pharmacy Specialist – NICU role focusing on safe and effective drug therapy for NICU patients. Collaborates with the health care team to optimize medication management, serves as a drug information resource to pharmacy, nursing, and medical staff as well as patients, ensures compliance with treatment protocols, and supports compassionate, expert guidance across the patient journey in Mercy’s oncology-focused NICU team.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Current pharmacist license in state of practice
- Completed PGY-1 residency
- Preferred PGY-2 residency in NICU
- Hours: Full time (40 hrs)
