Job Summary
Lead daily pharmacy department operations to ensure efficient, compliant service delivery and optimize medication management. Develop and implement medication safety initiatives, continuous quality improvement programs, and operational best practices. Ensure regulatory compliance for sterile and non-sterile compounding while overseeing distribution systems, inventory, and workflows. Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and staff to foster a high-performing team. Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to enhance patient care. Monitor performance metrics and identify process improvement opportunities. Full-time day shift, Monday through Friday. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration Residency
- Current pharmacist licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state
- Minimum of 3–5 years of recent inpatient pharmacy experience with progressive leadership or supervisory responsibilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of medication safety programs, sterile compounding standards, and pharmacy operations
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
