Job Summary
Conduct knowledge sharing sessions detailing the day-in-the-life of a clinical pharmacology expert assembling regulatory submissions. Describe common tasks where AI offers value in workflows and identify internal pharma systems used for standard operations. Generate or review reference ground-truth artifacts such as reports and data files to evaluate AI outputs. Introduce realistic sources of variance or data corruption in study data and identify discrepancies requiring correction. This ad-hoc consulting engagement runs 5-20 hours per week, fitting around existing commitments for Edison Scientific's AI scientist agents team.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in clinical pharmacology
- preferably at a sponsor
- Hands-on experience with exposure-response and population PK analyses included in regulatory submissions
- Experience authoring or reviewing clinical pharmacology sections of INDs, IBs, CSRs, and NDA/BLA modules
- Direct experience responding to regulatory agencies
- Enthusiastic about working with AI tools to evaluate and improve outputs
Desired Qualifications
- PhD, PharmD, or MD preferred
