Clinical Pharmacist Specialist - Onc

Assess patient health conditions and medication profiles to optimize therapy and goals of care, while documenting all activities and communication. Monitor ongoing treatment, participate in drug use evaluation and cost reduction programs, and contribute to performance improvement and scholarly activities. Educate patients, train pharmacy staff and residents, and serve as a resource for multidisciplinary teams. Work in inpatient or outpatient settings within Barnes-Jewish Hospital's solid tumor program, utilizing an integrated practice model with access to comprehensive drug information resources.
