Clinical Pharmacist Specialist

Coordinate and maintain the PGY-1 pharmacy residency program while ensuring compliance with ASHP Residency Program Standards. Process orders and dispense medications according to established policies, procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements. Perform all aspects of physician Focused Professional Practice Evaluation (FPPE) and Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) activities for reappointment. Administer ACGME accreditation and reporting requirements to external agencies. Contribute to the educational goals of the department and enhance pharmacy process performance to promote patient safety. Requires a Pharm D or BS in Pharmacy, 1500 hours of practice experience, and active licensure with the OK State Board of Pharmacy. Completion of general and patient care orientation is required prior to providing patient care.
