Job Summary
Clinical Pharmacist Specialist working in an inpatient environment at Missouri Baptist Medical Center, with responsibilities including evaluating and recommending drug therapy for optimal patient outcomes, monitoring therapy and goals of care, and contributing to education and training of pharmacy staff, residency and student education, and targeted drug cost-reduction programs. Role supports an ASHP-accredited pharmacy practice residency and involves collaboration with physicians and other health professionals; requires PGY1 residency and an active MO Pharmacist license. PRN scheduling with one weekend per month and additional weekday/weekend options, in an acute-care hospital environment recognized as Magnet-certified.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate - Pharmacy (PharmD)
- RPh license in MO
- Missouri Pharmacy licensure
- PGY1 residency required
