Job Summary
Clinical Pharmacist role in Pain Management Services at Jacksonville Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, FL. Required Qualifications
- PharmD Degree
- Completion of clinical pharmacy residency or fellowship
- Minimum 1 year experience working as a Clinical Pharmacist within the last 3 years
- Active, current, unrestricted license as a Pharmacist from ANY state within the United States/Territories
- BLS certification required prior to start date
