Job Summary
Overseeing daily pharmacy operations, contributing to the development of pharmacy-specific policies and procedures, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medications in compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory standards. The Pharmacist will exercise independent judgment, support patient safety and outcomes, and participate in clinical service development within inpatient rehabilitation settings; licensure in the state is required and supervisory experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- State pharmacy board licensure in good standing
- Completion of a degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
