Job Summary
Provide high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Manage night shift coverage, working 10-hour shifts with a 7-on/7-off rotation, ensuring safe and compassionate care for patients in the Tri-Cities region. This role supports Kadlec Regional Medical Center's open-heart surgery and neonatal intensive care programs, leveraging your PharmD and Washington license to deliver evidence-based, patient-focused clinical care.
Required Qualifications
- PharmD in Doctorate of Pharmacy
- Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Washington Pharmacist License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) (Facility Managed)
Desired Qualifications
- Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
