Clinical Pharmacist - PRN

Dispense medications and intravenous fluids utilizing the medication dispensing system according to scientific principles and Orlando Health policies. Develop competency in pharmacotherapy, patient care, and drug information while planning and monitoring pharmaceutical care plans. Evaluate alerts regarding IV to PO conversions and renal dosing protocols, then report and investigate adverse drug reactions and medication errors. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and perform pharmacokinetics consultations, including TPN initiation and monitoring. Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and demonstrate familiarity with pharmacy department duties and safety procedures. This PRN role offers Monday through Friday office hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with potential for additional travel.
