Job Summary
Conduct drug therapy reviews to prevent or resolve drug-related problems and ensure optimum patient outcomes. Coordinate the acquisition, distribution, and control of all medications for patients under your care. Work under the direction of the Central Team Leader and Manager for Clinical services. Maintain licensure to practice pharmacy in Massachusetts and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with patients, physicians, nurses, and fellow employees.
Required Qualifications
- PharmD degree (or Bachelor's plus 2 years hospital pharmacy experience)
- Licensure to practice pharmacy (or eligibility within 45 days of hire) in the state of Massachusetts
- Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and flu, as well as receive a booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine
- Must complete a background check before beginning their employment at the hospital
