Job Summary
Conduct drug utilization reviews, monitor medication therapies, and provide evidence-based recommendations to optimize safety, effectiveness, and cost-efficiency of patient care. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to resolve medication-related issues, recommend therapy alternatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Requires a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, active Arkansas license, and strong communication skills. Full-time, permanent, direct-hire role with rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $56.65/hour, DOE.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program
- Active Arkansas pharmacist license (RPh or PharmD) in good standing
- strong written and verbal communication skills
