Clinical Pharmacist II - Ambulatory Retail (PRN)

Prepare and dispense prescribed medications to patients in the community setting while interpreting physician instructions to deliver correct care. Educate patients, oversee prescription order entry, packaging, and dispensing, and monitor drug utilization and medication-related information for healthcare professionals, patients, and the public. Supervise pharmacy technicians and provide other clinical services as necessary to facilitate patient care. Requires a Doctor of Pharmacy or BSPharm, three years of experience, and NC licensure within 60 days of hire. BLS certification is required. This role operates under the general supervision of a pharmacist manager with a days/weekend rotation schedule.
