Clinical Pharmacist, Full Time, 10 Hour, Night Shift, 7 on 7 off (Pay Differentials for Night Shift)

Supervise and perform all aspects of medication preparation and dispensing while ensuring accurate, timely distribution and control throughout the hospital. Serve as a drug information specialist by providing accurate drug information to physicians, nurses, and paramedical personnel. Deliver pharmaceutical care through continual monitoring of patient drug therapy and accepting responsibility for patient outcomes. Maintain department security and act as the guardian of the hospital drug supply. Maintain a positive, professional attitude representing the pharmacy and PIH Health hospital. Requires a Pharm.D. degree, California registration, current BLS and ACLS Heartsaver Certification, and advanced knowledge in pharmacokinetics applied in a hospital setting.
