Clinical Pharmacist

The Clinical Pharmacist will deliver high-quality medication management in a remote, US-based call-center environment. Responsibilities include ensuring clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions, verifying hard copy and digital prescriptions, communicating with healthcare professionals, patients, and technicians via phone and email, supervising and executing incoming and outgoing prescription transfers, and ensuring adherence to legal, privacy, and compliance requirements. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and the ability to support program integrity through collaboration and adherence to core values. Qualifications include a PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy with an active state license, pharmacist verification experience, strong clinical judgement, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The position is full-time with a typical 40-hour workweek, may require extended hours, and involves travel within assigned territories as needed; it is remote with potential site visits as applicable.
