Job Summary
Hybrid Clinical Pharmacist role based in London, combining three days on-site at the Kings Cross office with two remote days. On-site shifts include Monday–Friday 11am–8pm and weekends 8am–5pm, totaling a 40-hour week with on-site work two weekends per month. Responsible for clinically checking CBPM prescriptions, prescribing as an Independent Prescriber, guiding prescribers and patients, maintaining patient records per GPhC standards, supporting the dispensary with complex clinical queries, delivering CBPM education/training, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes and clinical pathways. Requires GPhC registration and IP qualification, with a minimum of two years prescribing experience in a clinical setting, strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Required Qualifications
- GPhC registered pharmacist with an Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification
- At least 2 years prescribing experience
- Experience working in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of CBPM is desired not essential or willingness to undergo specialised training
- Clear and confident communicator across clinical and non-clinical settings
- Highly effective at managing time and prioritising competing demands
- Proactive and resourceful when identifying and resolving problems
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex workflows
