Clinical Pharmacist

Provide evidence-based pharmacotherapy management, verify and dispense medications, and perform medication reconciliation for complex rehabilitation patients. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize treatment plans, monitor for drug interactions and adverse effects, and educate patients and staff on medication safety. This patient-centered role supports our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within Healthcare & Medical Services, fostering a nurturing environment focused on high-quality care and professional growth.
