Job Summary
Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for the Emergency Department and associated areas, including pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultation. Assist with medication order entry and verification, complete various clinical reports, and perform other duties as assigned. Maintain current OARRS access and hold required CPR-BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. This role supports a Level III Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center serving the community for over 100 years.
Required Qualifications
- BS Pharm OR Pharm D
- One (1) year of experience in Emergency
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a registered pharmacist in Ohio
- Current OARRS access
- Current CPR – BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced training – residency, fellowship and/or board certification
- Experience in Emergency
