Job Summary
Provide pharmaceutical care according to professional and departmental standards and statutory requirements. Deliver safe, effective, rational, and cost-conscious pharmacotherapeutic recommendations through the department's medication management programs. Assist in supervising the functional activities of Pharmacy Technicians and Interns while participating in department-directed medication management activities. Demonstrate good judgment and decisiveness during daily activities, maintaining a working knowledge of current pharmaceutical practice. Support management by providing oversight, guidance, and support for all assigned areas, including participation in the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of new programs and activities. This role operates within Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital's major academic and referral center, which serves as the exclusive clinical partner of the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Pharm.D. or Bachelor degree in pharmacy
- LIC-Clinical Pharmacist - STATE_MI State of Michigan or eligible to obtain such licensure Upon Hire
- LIC-Pharmacist Controlled Substance - STATE_MI State of Michigan or eligible to obtain such licensure Upon Hire

- Residency training
- 1 year of relevant experience pharmacy experience
