Clinical Pharmacist at Mass General Brigham focused on optimizing drug therapy and leading antineoplastic stewardship. Responsibilities include developing and enforcing policies to ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient chemotherapy, auditing antineoplastics, maintaining an antineoplastic formulary, collaborating with Oncology/Hematology to ensure appropriate use, creating guidelines and monitoring strategies, compiling usage data, and promoting education and performance improvement for pharmacists, residents, and other healthcare professionals. The role also serves as a pharmacy consultant for providers and participates in committees and quality improvement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations and maintaining licensure requirements (including continuing education).
