Job Summary
Clinical Pharmacist, Home Infusion Therapy at BJC HealthCare Home Care Infusion Pharmacy. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across hospitals and physician practices; provide clinical recommendations to support safe, effective, and personalized infusion therapies; supervise and direct technicians, interns, and volunteers; coordinate procurement, storage, distribution and disposal of medications; monitor medication orders for appropriateness and promote optimal patient outcomes; participate in departmental meetings and quality initiatives; contribute to education and training of staff and transitions of care. Schedule Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with weekend and occasional weekday on-call rotations to support after-hours coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - Pharmacy
- License to practice Pharmacy in MO (Medication Therapy Services in MO)
