Job Summary
Clinical Pharmacist at BJC Home Care Infusion Pharmacy: collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across hospitals and physician practices; provide clinical recommendations to support safe, effective, and personalized infusion therapies; help ensure optimal patient outcomes through high‐quality pharmaceutical care; supervise and direct supportive personnel; participate in department meetings and committees; evaluate medication orders for appropriateness and safety; manage workflow for technicians and interns; support education and transitions of care, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in a home infusion setting.
