Job Summary
The PASS Team Member delivers critical training programs including New Hire Orientation, CPR/First Aid and CPI training, monitors and assesses staff competencies at assigned sites, and collaborates with the Training Department and program leadership to identify safety needs and develop unit-specific training plans to enhance overall staff performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associates Degree or higher preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in health care field
- 1-3 years of experience in training/education role preferred
- EMT certification preferred
- CNA certification preferred
- valid AZ Driver’s License
- clear 39-month MVR
