Clinical Payments Associate - Europe/LATAM - Remote

Entry-level Clinical Payments Associate supporting Jira-tickets, remittance documentation, and study migration/reconciliation tasks in a CRO environment. Responsibilities include triaging tickets and emails, responding to payment-status queries from sites, sponsors, and internal teams, preparing and distributing remittance documentation, maintaining accurate trackers, and assisting with data collection for migrations or reconciliations under supervision. Requires strong written and verbal English, excellent attention to detail and organization, ability to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Finance, or a related field is required; internships or administrative experience are advantageous. Promotion is not automatic based on years of experience, and competency-led progression is emphasized.
