Clinical Patient Care Tech – Paid Training & Growth Path

Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision in an outpatient clinic, delivering safe, hygienic, and compassionate treatment for patients with end-stage renal disease. Responsibilities include monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment; setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment; recording vital signs and patient data; educating patients on treatment and kidney health; and collaborating with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other members of the care team.
