Job Summary
Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care under RN supervision in an outpatient clinic, delivering safe, hygienic, and compassionate treatment for patients with end-stage renal disease. Responsibilities include monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment; setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment; recording vital signs and patient data; educating patients on treatment and kidney health; and collaborating with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other members of the care team. Eligible candidates will receive paid training with ongoing education and clear career growth paths, with a flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
