Job Summary
Dialysis-focused hands-on care role: deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease under RN supervision; set up and monitor dialysis equipment, record vital signs and patient data, educate patients on treatment and kidney health, and collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and the care team. Requires an accredited high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), comfort with blood and medical equipment, physical stamina for long shifts, and flexibility to float between local clinics; preferred credentials include CNA, MA, CHT, or phlebotomy certification and healthcare experience. Required Qualifications
