Job Summary
Clinical Pastoral Education residency role in Mary Washington Hospital Healthcare System. Provides direct pastoral care to patients, families, and staff; participates in the ACPE Clinical Pastoral Education residency; provides on-call coverage as part of training; delivers religious and spiritual services and programs; collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team; conducts in-service education and participates in community outreach; works with community clergy to facilitate pastoral care within the hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Theological training related to candidate's denominational background and heritage
- 1 Unit of introductory ACPE Clinical Pastoral Education
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well with diverse groups
- Ability to function in diverse health system entities
