Clinical Outreach Specialist focused on increasing patient admissions by establishing and nurturing partnerships with healthcare providers and referral sources. Responsibilities include prospecting and educating referral sources, conducting meetings and presentations with primary care providers and specialists, coordinating clinic tours and events, managing partnerships with hospitals and behavioral health providers, driving admissions in the defined Bethesda territory, and maintaining accurate activity and referral data in CRM/EMR systems. Core competencies emphasize relationship-building, prospecting, data management (Salesforce and Badger Maps), objection handling, and strong communication in both indoor and outdoor settings. The role emphasizes territory management, event participation, and collaboration with team members to achieve KPIs related to meetings, tours, hosted events, and admissions. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or higher and experience in the mental health field.
