Clinical Outreach Sales

Conduct daily prospecting and relationship-building activities with healthcare providers, pediatricians, and behavioral health partners to increase patient admissions. Execute meetings, clinic tours, and community presentations to educate referrers about services and resolve objections. Manage outreach goals, track referral contacts in Salesforce, and submit monthly expense reports. Drive admissions by fostering long-term partnerships with hospitals and key decision-makers within the Temecula territory. Requires a personal vehicle and a minimum of one year in healthcare sales.
