Clinical Outreach Representative

Clinical Outreach Representative responsible for regional marketing efforts to increase referrals and admissions for Discovery Behavioral Health. Duties include developing and maintaining referral relationships with hospitals, treatment programs, private practice professionals, and other healthcare providers; creating and executing regional strategic marketing plans; driving admissions; maintaining Salesforce activity and reports; contributing to marketing collateral and identifying new marketing opportunities. Must be professional in demeanor, self-motivated, able to work independently, and capable of managing field activities, recordings, and communications across outreach, admissions, clinical, and management teams. Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of direct outreach or mental health clinical experience. Location is remote but local to Seattle, WA; exempt, full-time role with salary range $100,000-$120,000 per year.
