Job Summary
Clinical Outreach Representative to develop regional marketing plans and drive referrals/admissions for Discovery Behavioral Health. Responsibilities include increasing referrals and admissions, building relationships with hospitals, treatment programs, and private practice professionals, maintaining Salesforce CRM activity, adding new contacts, logging field activity and reports, and contributing to marketing collateral and opportunities (direct mail, online, community-based). Requires Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of direct outreach or clinical mental health experience; strong communication, self-motivation, and ability to work remotely while based in Silver Spring, MD. Schedule is typically Monday–Friday with after-hours/weekend flexibility; remote work option available within local area. Compensation: $90,000–$115,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
- At least three years of experience working in direct outreach or clinical experience in the mental health field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to maintain Salesforce database and activity logs
- Ability to develop and execute regional marketing plans
- Proficiency with reporting and administrative tasks
- Professional demeanor and self-motivation
- Ability to work remotely while being local to Silver Spring, MD
- Schedule: Monday-Friday; Flexibility after hours and weekends as needed
