Clinical Outreach Representative (Dallas, TX)

Create and execute regional strategic marketing plans to increase awareness of Discovery Behavioral Health and drive admissions. Develop and maintain referral relationships with healthcare professionals while conducting at least 85 field meetings monthly, including onsite tours and in-services. Manage the Sales Force database by adding contacts, categorizing accounts, and logging activities, then submit weekly and end-of-month reports on mileage and credit card usage. Contribute to referral and admissions goals and assist in identifying new marketing opportunities for direct mail, online, and community-based efforts. Facilitate communication between outreach, admissions, clinical, and management teams.
