Job Summary
Build relationships with dialysis clinics and nephrology offices throughout the Greater Tampa area by conducting regular in-person visits to educate staff on vascular access services. Coordinate timely patient referrals for vascular access procedures while managing front office operations, including patient scheduling, insurance verification, and appointment coordination. Serve as a trusted clinical resource for dialysis teams regarding AV fistulas, grafts, and catheters, ensuring prompt intervention for access complications. Travel daily to maintain referral partnerships and track outreach trends to identify growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of dialysis experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable traveling throughout the Greater Tampa area several days per week
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree or healthcare-related education
- Clinical dialysis experience (Dialysis Technician, Patient Care Technician, Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or similar)
- Previous experience working with vascular access patients
- Experience building professional relationships with healthcare providers or clinics
- Strong understanding of dialysis access, including AV fistulas, AV grafts, and dialysis catheters
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing a territory
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records
