Job Summary
Clinical Outcomes Manager leads continuous quality improvement for nursing, analyzes quality data to drive patient safety and outcomes, champions unit- and system-level initiatives, applies evidence-based practices to daily nursing care, mentors staff and supports staff development, and collaborates with nursing leadership, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to translate research into practice and improve care quality and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Nursing or Masters Business Administration/Management
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- For candidates who are Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) such as: Clinical Nurse Specialists, Nurse Practitioners, or Nurse Midwife, board certification is required Upon Hire
