Job Summary
Greet patients upon arrival, update their records, and escort them to the X-ray room. Take X-rays and digital photos, then upload them to the system. Between patients, sterilize instruments, change equipment solutions, and clean the general records area. Perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 40 lbs. Assist the team with other procedures as needed while developing general orthodontic assisting skills. This role supports Horsley Orthodontics' mission to create a positive environment where careers thrive and smiles come to life.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Good vision and ability to hear people over the phone
- Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Word
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
