Clinical Operations Supervisor - Med Surg

Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective care while efficiently utilizing resources to meet productivity and financial goals. Collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes across the continuum and ensure units are appropriately staffed for patient care. Proactively manage patient flow and bed management issues in collaboration with the Staffing Office. Lead by modeling professional standards, displaying a positive attitude, and providing mentorship and guidance to direct patient care providers. Hold care providers accountable for adherence to policy and regulatory guidelines, and participate in the evaluation process as directed. Work nights and evenings as part of the Medical-Surgical Services team.
