Clinical Operations Supervisor – Med Surg

Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective care by efficiently utilizing resources to meet productivity and financial goals. Collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes across the continuum and ensure units are appropriately staffed. Proactively manage patient flow and bed management issues in partnership with the Staffing Office. Hold direct and indirect care providers accountable for professional responsibilities and adherence to policy and regulatory guidelines. Lead by modeling professional standards and providing mentorship to enable others to promote change. Participate in the evaluation process in collaboration with the Clinical Manager.
