Job Summary
Manage surgical patient appointments and confirm schedules via phone and written communication. Charge and collect payments for surgeries, accessories, and merchandise while generating daily invoices to balance end-of-day transactions. Process electronic prescriptions, take pre-operative photos, and verify patient labs, intake information, and consents prior to surgery dates. Conduct preliminary physical tests including vitals the day before all surgeries. Track inventory for surgical and clinical accessories and supplies. Perform clerical administrative roles as needed and balance payments across the department. Rotating M-F shifts with paid on-the-job training provided. Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Required Qualifications
- GED or High School Diploma
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Enjoys working with a high sense of urgency
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Rotating shifts M-F
