Job Summary
Ambulatory Clinical Nurse Leader RN (ACNL) providing leadership and coordination for RN, CNAs, MAs, and PSRs in the Austin HOPE Center and Lurie Children’s Hospital outpatient settings. Responsibilities include daily staffing coordination, staff development, performance assessment, coaching, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient workflow, adherence to quality and customer-service standards, and patient safety. Focus areas include professional development of staff, identification of practice needs, problem-solving and implementation of improvement initiatives, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Requires Bachelor’s in Nursing, BLS, Illinois RN licensure, and a minimum of three years in healthcare; strong organization, communication, problem-solving, system-improvement, and computer skills (Microsoft Office) are essential. Visa sponsorship may be considered for qualified RN candidates. Salary range: $83,200.00–$137,280.00 with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: Nursing (Required)
- BLS Certification Required
- Current licensure and/or certification as a registered nurse qualified to practice in the State of Illinois
- Minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare setting
