Clinical Operations Manager - Country Expansion

Develop and execute the country expansion strategy to build a new clinical research business from the ground up. Represent the company within the local clinical research community, building relationships with key investigators, healthcare institutions, sponsors, and CROs to identify growth opportunities. Identify, evaluate, and onboard investigator sites while assessing capabilities and research readiness to strengthen the network. Drive business growth by developing sponsor and CRO relationships, presenting capabilities, supporting feasibility assessments, and matching study requirements with suitable sites. Oversee the successful delivery of clinical trials on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations, while monitoring performance and resolving challenges. Recruit, mentor, and develop the local clinical operations team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring appropriate resource planning.
