Clinical Operations Manager

Job Summary
Lead a high-performing clinical research team by performing accompanied visits, accelerating priority programs, and conducting trend analysis to address gaps and achieve site-level KPIs. Manage resource and budget allocation for assigned studies while ensuring adherence to GCPs, ICH Guidelines, and AbbVie SOPs. Oversee audit readiness, CAPA implementation, and training development to mitigate risks and support on-time, within-budget delivery. Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including investigative sites and key opinion leaders, to position AbbVie as the preferred trial partner. Drive change initiatives, lead task forces, and foster an inclusive environment that aligns team execution with global research strategy and pipeline goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree
- Minimum 3 years Monitoring Experience
- Experience across multiple therapeutic areas and study phases
- Mentoring and coaching skills
- Ability to make timely, high-quality decisions based on available data and information
- Ability to work independently and take initiative/ownership
- Ability to adapt and move quickly
