Clinical Operations Lead, Japan

Lead clinical operations in Japan to build and scale a safe, high-quality clinical operation. Responsibilities include shaping Japan-specific models of care, rostering and performance management of prescribers, audits and data-driven insights, incident and risk management, cross-functional collaboration, regulatory readiness, and ongoing clinical governance. Fluent in Japanese with English proficiency; licensed healthcare professional in Japan (physician, pharmacist, or allied health professional) with strong understanding of local regulations and prescribing practices. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with regulators and partners and provide clinical leadership across remote and on-site teams.
